Please note that we supply all meat with a minimum of 500g (1/2 kg) per cut. We will cut all steak into approximately 250g – 300g single portions. (eg. 1/2kg). Beef Fillet will be cut into 2x 250g – 300g steaks) The delivered weight may differ slightly according to your order request. We can only cut and supply the meat as close as possible to your requested order.
